MPT, Owner
Cheryl Farnsworth, MPT is the owner of Cutting Edge Physical Therapy and a physical therapist with over 26 years of experience. She holds a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and specializes in identifying the root causes of pain through an integrative, whole-body approach. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling (FDN) and the Graston Technique, with expertise in chronic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, spinal conditions, pelvic pain, TMJ disorders, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

PT, DPT
Mackenna Malady, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2025, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy, post-surgical recovery, return-to-activity rehabilitation, and chronic pain management, with special interests in hypermobility, chronic pain, and activity modification.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Samantha Stevens, PTA is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2017 who specializes in pelvic floor therapy, with a particular interest in pelvic pain and women’s health, including peripartum and postpartum care. She also assists patients with general, orthopedic, and spinal rehabilitation and has been with Cutting Edge Physical Therapy since 2021.
